попросила ету девочку-невролога выслать мне 2 письма...первое не нашла щас...только второе
первое запостим позже тогда- как найдёца.
а ето её второй запрос ему (о дозе и схеме) и его ответ во-втором письме (где выложил свои советы по дозировке приёма паска внутрь (табл))

Thank you for your reply to my previous email. It helped me alot to take the decision concerning the further treatment of my patient. At the moment we're finalizing all the tests before starting the PAS treatment. Unfortunately i faced another problem: in Russia the intravenous form of PAS is not registered so we can use only the oral introduction of the drug. So due to this fact i cant use the intravenous course of the drug described in the article. How effective do you think can be the oral administration? And how should i measure out the drug prescribing it a patient with manganese parkinsonism?

You can try oral dose 6 g per day for 4 weeks. Please watch carefully on side effects especially immunal reaction. The efficacy of oral PAS is not verified. The drug undergoes metabolism and has a short half-life. The outcome by oral dose is uncertain. –Dr. Zheng
